Zach Crenshaw knew from a young age that he wanted to be a broadcast journalist. He grew up watching the nightly news and pretending to be the anchor and reporters in the field. Originally from Zionsville, Indiana, Zach lived in Japan for five years before returning to Zionsville to finish his final two years of high school.
He graduated from DePauw University with a degree in Communication and minor in Philosophy. At DePauw, Zach was an intern with the Prindle Institute for Ethics, as well as a member of the Media Fellows Honors Program. He was also a director at the student television and radio stations, a leader of the Inter-fraternity Bible study, a member of the University Review Committee, as well as holding leadership positions in his fraternity, Beta Theta Pi.
During his college years he interned with WBBM in Chicago, WTHR in Indianapolis, WBTW in Myrtle Beach in addition to the Indiana Pacers and Eli Lilly & Co.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, playing basketball, and going to outdoor concerts. Zach enjoys covering the variety of news in the area and telling stories that are important to you.
