Kentucky freshman Nerlens Noel may not be a polished offensive player yet, but his defense and overall play have impressed ESPN analyst Jay Bilas enough for him to see how Noel could be the top pick in the NBA draft. Kentucky coach John Calipari, though, would like to see Noel become a more consistent practice player.
