APD Seeks Local Man in Theft of 4 Mail Collection Boxes

Anchorage police are seeking Clifford Dancer, 50, in the connection with the theft of four mail collection boxes from local post offices. A state arrest warrant for Clifford charges him with second-degree forgery and theft of an access device, as well as third-degree theft.
