Loyola University student Julia Bemis, 19, knows how to ramp up a style that she calls "preppy with an edgier twist" when going out to enjoy Baltimore's Restaurant Week. At Kali's Court Restaurant, the New Canaan, Conn., resident sported a sequined and beaded striped taupe Bar III top -- which was a gift -- with J Brand 5-pocket scuba pants from Togs in New Canaan. "They're a nicer alternative to leggings," she said. She added black and champagne leather Courage B ballet flats, which she found at a boutique in Colorado. Her white Swiss Legends watch was a gift.
