Bills signed into law

Gov. Martin O'Malley hands his pen he used to Colton Miller, 7 of Cecilton, who is the Little Fire Chief for the Kennedyville VFC in Kent County and the Deputy Little Fire Chief for the Maryland Fire Chiefs Association. O'Malley had just signed two fire-safety bills Wednesday at the State House.
