The Hampden wine bar is taking reservations for its third annual New Year's Eve dinner. There will be two seatings, between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m., and between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. The cost is $50 ($80 with wine pairings), and the entree options on Kate Ward's menu are a baked vegetable napoleon, crispy skin duck breast, oven-roasted lobster tail and spice-rubbed short ribs.
