Tara Hart and Stephen Horvath

In 1997, Howard Community College hired two new English faculty members, Tara Hart and Stephen Horvath. Six years later, July 12, 2003, the pair was married by Helen Heffer, who also teaches at HCC. Hart currently serves as chairwoman of the English/world languages division, and Horvath is the associate vice president for academic affairs. Their two children attend the Children's Learning Center on campus.
