According to documents on the Indiana Department of Workforce website, a South Bend company is closing.
The WARN notice from Fortis Plastics says it plans to close its corporate office and a facility, both on Voorde Drive, in December.
The notice says all 93 employees will lose their jobs.
Well, well this was not a union shop. The usual anti-union wing nut shills are silent now. A non union hourly work force and the business is closing? I here they can't get capital. It's the greedy banksters fault ! Where are the " job creators" ?

Such sad news for so many people. Why does this kind of news always come at the Christmas holiday? It happened to me 40 years ago. My thoughts are with you all at this awful time. You have become part of the "Next Greatest Generation" and may have even surpassed that. Stand tall--it wasn't your fault.
