A bankruptcy judge has ruled in favor of the Hostess, giving it permission to change the collective bargaining agreements it had with various unions.
That means about half of the company's more than 800 workers in Indiana will take a pay cut next year. The deal also revises healthcare benefits.
Hostess, which filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy in January, says the cost cutting measures were its only option for getting out of bankruptcy.
