Gas prices spike to $3.13 a gallon

Oil is trading at nearly $90 a barrel and a representative from AAA said the prices will likely not decrease in the near future.

Gas prices are on the rise again in Central Indiana. People who bought gas Monday were able to get gas at several stations for as low as $2.90 a gallon. By Tuesday morning, the average price, according to indygasprices.com, was $3.13.

Some prices were even as high as $3.25 a gallon. That compares to Tuesday morning's national average of $3.13 a gallon.

Oil is trading at nearly $90 a barrel and a representative from AAA said the prices will likely not decrease in the near future.
