Mayor Greg Ballard is heading to Capitol Hill Wednesday to testify about the drought in Indianapolis.
The mayor will speak before a House committee on the drought and how the city's watering ban is impacting area businesses.
The mayor ordered a mandatory watering ban earlier this month.
