Mickelberry's 1968 explosion

Standing beside a battered and scorched fire truck on Halsted Street, a fireman fights to keep his balance in the first moments after a large explosion from Mickelberry's Food Products factory. The fireman was one of the many injured when the engulfed factory exploded and was demolished without warning on Feb. 7, 1968.
