It's shirt-sleeve weather for Matt Elizalde, 19, a Northern Illinois University student on break, who likes to play hockey in <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLGEO100100501460000" title="Forest Park" href="/topic/us/illinois/cook-county/forest-park-PLGEO100100501460000.topic">Forest Park</a>. Matt drove from his home in Summit to the Forest Park park district's in-line skating rink. He's been playing for two hours. "This weather is great," he said. He only misses the ice "a little bit."
