Obviously, the success of the NATO summit in Chicago was an incredibly gratifying experience in light of the concerns raised, mostly among the media, leading up to the event. I'm so happy and pleased with the way everything turned out, including the role the Chicago Police Department played.

I think generally that the local business climate is improving. ... Even with the economic uncertainty, as long as you're smart and prudent, there are opportunities to be successful.
