Lupo received his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School and B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.

Additionally, Hinshaw's Damian M. Fletcher has been invited to join the Council on Litigation Management, a nonpartisan alliance comprising insurance companies, corporations, corporate counsel, litigation and risk managers, claims professionals and attorneys.
