Scott Swanson, regional president, PNC Bank

Scott C. Swanson has been named regional president for Illinois for PNC Bank. He will be based in Chicago and lead the local regional banking team. Swanson joins PNC from Charter One and RBS Citizens, Illinois and Michigan, where he served as president. He started at Charter One in 2007 following 17 years at JPMorgan Chase and its predecessors, including American National Bank. He spent 16 years in Chase's Commercial Bank and most recently was senior vice president and national executive of Chase's Business Banking operations. Swanson earned an MBA from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois.
