This time of year, it¿s business as usual for the Sommers family at Beachy and Sons along the Niverton Road near Springs. Here, Wesley Sommers is preparing apples for pressing. Beachy and Sons, now owned by Willis and Marlene Sommers, will have apple cider until Thanksgiving.
