Pictures: Who are the NASCAR power couples?

'Tis the season, or at least the day, to celebrate modern romance.
It comes in all shapes and sizes these days. We have virtual girlfriends (ask Manti Te'o), a bevy of babes in our closet (ask Tiger Woods) and assorted wives and girlfriends who need some sugar (see NBA players).
But we're here to celebrate more traditional family values in one of America's cherished sports.
NASCAR's garage is stocked with a number of cool power couples. We'd like to extend a shout-out to some of the most prominent pairings in the sport, as the NASCAR season revs up with a romantic twist: Media Day will be today, Valentine's Day, at Daytona International Speedway.

Matt Kenseth and his wife, Katie
Kenseth gets a bad rap for a stoic reputation. Not true. He can be deadpan funny a lot of times. And why not? Life is good. He recently revealed he's about the happiest he's ever been. Much of that has to do with his marriage to Katie. They have known each other for quite some time ¿ Katie grew up on a farm only eight miles from Matt's hometown, Cambridge, Wisc. The couple wed in 2000 and have two daughters. All you animal lovers will be pleased to note that the Kenseths also have four cats, one of which is named Lars after drummer Lars Ulrich of Metallica, which happens to be Kenseth's favorite band.
