EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (AP) — A 41-year-old Augusta man is giving new meaning to the term skirt chaser.

David Von Haden is accused of taking nearly five dozen photos up women's skirts. He faces five counts of disorderly conduct.

An Eau Claire County criminal complaint says a woman was shopping at an Eau Claire retail store Oct. 2 when she saw a man taking photos up her skirt. She got his vehicle's plate number and officers later found Von Haden.

Von Haden allegedly told police he's been taking similar pictures for two months. Police found 57 photos up women's skirts on his camera and cell phone.

Von Haden is free on a $500 signature bond, but cannot possess cameras or approach women he doesn't know.

He returns to court Dec. 8.
