Ingredients

  • 6" French bread
  • 3 oz. shredded pork
  • 1 oz. sliced ham
  • 2 slices pickles
  • 1 oz. cheese sauce
  • .25 oz. mayo/mustard sauce
Instructions

  1. Spread a thin layer of the mustard/mayo sauce on the bottom half of the bread.
  2. Layer the ham on top of the sauce and then add the pork over the ham.
  3. Ladle the cheese sauce over the pork, top with the pickle, add the top bun and press until golden brown.
