Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of sourdough bread toasted and buttered
  • 5 oz. roast beef
  • 1/3 cup au jous
  • 2 slices monterey jack cheese
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1/12 oz. horseradish sauce

Instructions

Add a 5 oz. portion of roast beef to a skillet. Pour 1/3 cup of au jous in the skillet to make the roast beef juicy. Add one slice of monterey jack cheese to the bread, topped with the roast beef and three slices of bacon. Pour 1/12 oz. of horseradish sauce on the roast beef. Add another slice of monterey jack cheese, and top with the other slice of bread. Place in the skillet until the cheese is melted. Serve with fries or fruit.
