Ingredients
 
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp chiffonade basil
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
 
 
Directions
 
Mix all ingredients, let marinate overnight. Top with parmesan cheese and serve with crustinis (Thin slices of bread brushed with olive oil and baked at 350 degrees until crispy).
