Ingredients

  • 2 quarts of heavy cream
  • ½ cup of honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 4 tablespoons of light brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of orange juice concentrate
  • 3 lbs of unsweetened pumpkin

     

    Instructions

    Mix cream and all ingredients EXCEPT pumpkin together in sauce pan. Let the base get hot and start to thicken then scoop in pumpkin and whisk. Let cook for 3-5 minutes and then serve.
