Ingredients

Peppermint candy canes (2-4 regular candy canes per pound of chocolate)
White chocolate

Instructions

Crush peppermint candy canes. Use a double boiler over low heat to melt white chocolate. When chocolate is completely melted, add crushed peppermint. Spread bark in desired shapes on wax paper to cool. When cool, enjoy as is, or break into smaller pieces.
