Turtle Sundae

2 scoops frozen custard or ice cream
1 oz. hot fudge
1 oz. hot caramel (130 degrees is perfect)
1 oz. roasted pecans

Bold Banana Split

1 whole banana cut lengthwise
3 small scoops of custard in between the banana
1/2 oz. hot fudge on one scoop
1/2 oz. hot caramel on one scoop
1 oz. strawberries on the middle scoop
1 oz. roasted peacans over the top
garnish with whipped cream and a cherry
