Ingredients

  • 8 oz. filet of fish
  • Heart shaped parchment paper
  • 1 tsp. garlic – finely diced
  • 1 tsp. shallots – finely diced
  • 4-5 slices of carrot
  • 4-5 slices of celery
  • 1 Tbl. heavy cream
  • 1 Tbl. anise liquor
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Place all ingredients in the parchment bag. Roll the seal around the ingredients and make certain the bag is tightly sealed. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees, for approximately 7 minutes.

Note: This is a great way to cook a mild, flaky fish; not recommended for a hearty steak-like fish.
