Veggie Baked Omelette
Ingredients
 ¼ cup  broccoli
 ¼ cup  tomatoes
 ¼ cup  green peppers
 ¼ cup  mushrooms
 ¼ cup  cheese
Directions

Combine ingredients in hot skillet. Brown ingredients then add 4 eggs and whip for a few minutes on stove.

Transfer ingredients into deep baking pan and bake eggs for 7-8 minutes.

Add salt and pepper if desired.
