Bakers Square Restaurant Recipes

| Cold water | as needed |
| Russet potatoes | 2.5 pounds |
| Butter | 5 ounces |
| Bakers Square seasoning | 1 tsp |
| Black pepper | ½ tsp |
| Granulated garlic | ½ tsp |
| Buttermilk | 2.5 ounces |
Thoroughly rinse potatoes in cold water. Peel potatoes. Cut into 2 ½ inch cubes. Cut butter into 1 inch cubes. Place potatoes in large pot and cold water to 2 inches above potatoes. Bring water to a boil. Cook potatoes until done (when a fork is easily removed when stuck into potatoes). Drain thoroughly. Return potatoes to pot. Using potato masher, mash until pieces are pea size. Transfer to bowl. Immediately add butter. Whip at low speed until blended. Combine seasonings and buttermilk. Add to potatoes and blend thoroughly.
Seasonal vegetables
Cut vegetable into bite size pieces. Combine vegetables and mix completely. Saute vegetables with garlic butter until hot (2-3 minutes). Add Bakers Square seasoning to taste.
