Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of Challah bread, sliced thick
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • Dash of orange juice
  • Dash of honey
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Cream cheese, whipped to soften
  • Blueberry compote (fresh blueberries, sugar, water, syrup)

Whisk together the eggs, milk, orange juice, honey & cinnamon. Dip each slice of the bread in the mixture, both sides. Place on griddle or pan that has a thin coating of butter, medium heat. Lightly brown on both sides. Spread cream cheese on one slice, then place the other slice on top. Cover with the blueberry compote. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
