We all know this, but plenty of us just don't, even at the office. So if you're serious about not getting sick, get serious about washing your hands. Do it often. Use warm water and plenty of soap. And stick it out for at least 20 seconds. <br> <br> If you're not into the Happy Birthday song, try something more stirring, like say, the Miami Dolphins fight song. Repeat after us: "Miami has the Dolphins, the greatest football team ..."
