BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) — A Billings dental practice combines message therapy and dentistry.

Dr. Michael Stuart's wife, Donna, massages hands, feet and shoulders while he works on teeth.

The Stuarts call their business a dental spa. It includes cosmetic treatments such as Botox injections.

The couple also is looking at ways to enhance patients' comfort through use of warm blankets and contoured neck pillows.

Donna Stuart says reducing anxiety about a dental visit is the goal.
