PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (AP) — Officials say the 21-year-old spring breaker from Texas found in a ditch on Panama City Beach died from alcohol poisoning.

An autopsy report was released Tuesday. The medical examiner's office says Justin Richard Delval, a Texas A&M student from Katy, Texas, had a blood-alcohol level of 0.45, nearly six times the legal driving limit of 0.08. The medical examiner, Dr. Michael Hunter, said he had seen people pass out and die from alcohol poisoning at 0.30.

Delval's body was discovered March 18 in a ditch in front of the Sterling Reef Condo. Authorities say he had been at a party there the night before.
