New lawsuits were filed Wednesday involving disgraced financier Tim Durham.
The lawsuits are going after Durham’s friends’ companies. A total of 10 lawsuits were filed by trustee Brian Bash. The lawsuits collectively seek more than $1.3 million.
Targets of the suits include rapper ludicrous' company, My Ghetto Holdings, which failed to repay a $170,000 loan.
Durham's former partner, Henri Najem, borrowed $30,000 but has yet to repay it.
