(WSBT) Wednesday was a day of graphic testimony in a triple-murder trial in Benton Harbor.

Twenty-year-old Andrew Miller Jr. is charged with premeditated murder. Police believe he’s one of four suspects who shot and killed 27-year-old Rodney Stevens and his 12-year-old son, Juwan, during a robbery at their home in March.

Thirty-one-year-old Ursulla Allen was also killed. Stevens’ brother survived the attack by playing dead.

Testimony on Wednesday revealed Stevens brought friends back to the crime scene before contacting police. The all-white jury heard testimony describing the brutal killings.

“I found Rodney, he had a whole in his head; Ursulla had her arms behind her back in the corner, and Juwan was next to her,” witness Karen Sisson testified. “I heard Juwan gurglin’, I just started yellin’; I told him that he was still alive.”

Two other suspects are charged in this crime. They are scheduled to stand trial later this month.
