Update: Brother and Sister Dead After RV and Minivan Collide

By Beth Boehne

(WSBT) A brother and sister are dead after an accident on a busy highway Monday afternoon.

Police say the crash happened when a minivan, driven by 17-year-old Zane Triplet of Bremen, crossed the center line and collided with an RV. Triplet's 8-year-old sister Zoie, a passenger in the minivan, also died in the crash.

The RV was driven by a Kokomo resident. She and her two passengers suffered only minor injuries.

The accident happened on U.S. 6 near King Road, just east of LaPaz. U.S. 6 was closed in both directions for a couple hours.
