(WSBT) The consequences of drinking and driving can be devastating. One woman who lived to tell about her own drunk driving crash will talk to local students Monday.

Sarah Panzau's blood alcohol limit was nearly four times the legal limit the night she crashed. The successful college volleyball player was on her way home that night in 2003. She missed a highway exit and rolled her car four times.

Without a seat belt, Sarah was ejected from the rear window of her car, and in the process her left arm was torn from her body.

Now, Sarah travels around the country, talking to high school students about her experience. She delivers a presentation and talks about the consequences of underage drinking and driving.

She also talks to the kids about making smart choices, respecting parents and rising above disabilities. Sarah's presentation, Living Proof, is meant to be an eye opener for students. She is part of Anheuser Busch's campaign to fight underage drinking and drunk driving.

Sarah is scheduled to present her powerful story with students at New Prairie High School and Green Intermediate Monday.
