Interment ceremony in Suffolk

Patriot Guard Riders lead the procession Thursday, Nov. 11, 2010, during an interment ceremony will full military honors at the Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery in Suffolk. The public ceremony interred the remains of 10 veterans who had gone unclaimed -- and were forgotten -- were interred. Participants in the event included the Sturtevant Funeral Home in <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLGEO100101196010000" title="Portsmouth (Portsmouth, Virginia)" href="/topic/us/virginia/portsmouth-county/portsmouth-%28portsmouth-virginia%29-PLGEO100101196010000.topic">Portsmouth</a>, the Marine Corps League and the Virginia Patriot Guard Riders.
