Brooklyn Payne, a tattoo artist from Allentown, Pa., (right) applies an outline of a portrait on Charlie Miller's (left) arm in preparation for a tattoo. Miller, of Weymouth, Massachusetts, was having a portrait of his later sister, Sandy, tattooed by Payne, a well-known portrait artist, at at Tommy's Tattoo Studio in East Windsor Wednesday afternoon. Payne will be appearing at this weekend's tattoo convention at the Connecticut Convention Center.
