Golf legend Jack Nicklaus looked over plans for the Forest Creek development in Wilmore that would include one of his golf courses during a visit to the property in May 2006. The project has been tied up in litigation for years; developers filed a lawsuit in January that claims local developer Clay Corman and Roseglade Farm owner Hal Snowden conspired to hinder the project.
