4/25 Change of Command

After returning from an overseas deployment to Afghanistan, the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division received a new combat commander in a ceremony held on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. Col. Matt McFarlane is taking over from Col. Mo Goins, who is being reassigned to the Pentagon.
