Sofia Coppola and her rocker beau, Thomas Mars, wed on Aug. 27 at a star-studded ceremony in Italy. Bypassing the white wedding gown, Sofia, 40, wore a sheer lavender tulle dress, custom-designed by Azzedine Alaļa for the civil nuptials. Director Francis Ford Coppola walked his daughter down the aisle at the garden ceremony at the family-owned 19th century mansion Palazzo Margherita.
