Cindy, a female cat, is a very shy and beautiful feline, she would make a great lap cat in a calm environment. Lehigh County Humane Society is celebrating Happy Saint CATrick's day. The shelter is deducting $17.00 off during the month of March in honor of the many cats that reside at the shelter.
