Notre Dame Federal Credit Union Members Targeted in Scam

By Beth Boehne

(WSBT) Some Notre Dame Federal Credit Union (NDFCU) members appear to be the victims of a phishing scam.

An email went out nationwide last week, asking people to take a survey.

But the survey wasn't sent by NDFCU.

The survey asked for credit card numbers and other personal information.

NDFCU was able to get the website of the scam shut down, but about 60 members may have taken the survey.

The credit union is re-issuing cards for those account holders.

It says this should act as a reminder: never, ever give out your personal information.
