Vipond, of the National Weather Service Office in Aberdeen, said the high temperature today is expected to be about 20 degrees, which is 15 degrees below the average temperature at this time of the year.
The forecast called for mostly cloudy weather with strong breezes, he said. Winds of 10-20 mph are expected this afternoon, Vipond said.
Aberdeen was largely unaffected by Saturday's winter storm, he said. About .3 inches of snowfall accumulation was recorded Saturday, Vipond said. Other areas were hit with more snow. Webster record about an inch of snow, he said.
