LANSING, Mich. (AP) — Republican presidential candidate John McCain is coming to Oakland County next week.

The Arizona senator plans to hold a Tuesday evening fundraiser at the West Bloomfield home of Peter and Danialle Karmanos.

Mitt Romney, a Michigan native who beat McCain in Michigan's Jan. 15 GOP presidential primary, will be the special guest.

McCain also plans to hold a town hall meeting with supporters Wednesday morning at Shotwell-Gustafson Pavilion at Oakland University in Rochester.

McCain last campaigned in Michigan on Feb. 21, when he toured Ford Motor Co.'s sprawling Wayne Stamping and Assembly plant and held a $1,000-per-person fundraiser at the Somerset Inn in Troy.
