ELKHART — Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama will make a return visit to our area next week. He plans to conduct a town hall meeting at Concord High School Wednesday.

Doors to the meeting will open at 7:15 a.m., but a time for Obama's appearance has not yet been announced. The event is free and open to the public, however a ticket is required. People can pick up tickets Monday from 4-9 p.m. at Obama's campaign office at 116 South Main Street in Elkhart.

For security reasons, people cannot carry bags and are asked to limit their personal belongings. No signs or banners will be allowed.

Before Indiana's primary in May, Obama spoke to a crowd at Washington High School in South Bend, a pre-selected group at the St. Joseph County Fairgrounds and campaigned door-to-door in Elkhart.
