MANHATTAN BEACH (KTLA) -- Police say someone left a dead pig in a Mitt Romney T-shirt outside a Republican campaign office in Manhattan Beach.
The dead animal, with barbed wire around its head, was found early Thursday morning at the GOP office in the 3900 block of Highland Avenue. No note was left.
Animal control officers put the pig in a trash bin, but then they returned and removed it as evidence in an investigation of illegal dumping of an animal carcass.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Manhattan Beach police.
