The Rose Parade through the years
Be it marching bands, fire-breathing dragons or dogs jumping into pools, Pasadena's annual Tournament of Roses Parade has set itself apart from its ilk nationwide. What was at first an attempt to just put Pasadena on the map has for generations been as venerated an American tradition as college bowl games. As the following gallery shows, when the country evolved, so did the Tournament of Roses.
