VIDEO: Walorski delivers maiden speech on House floor

WASHINGTON, D.C.- In her first speech on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives, Congresswoman Jackie Walorski talked about the need to cut wasteful spending in Washington. Walorski called on Congress and the president to pass a deficit reduction plan and enact legislation to rein in federal spending.
