A judge ruling will allow Indiana House Democrats to be reimbursed for the fines they paid during their walk-outs in an attempt to block the right-to-work bill.
Monday, a Marion County judge ordered House Republicans to pay back the fines against the Democrats last year and the $1,000-a-day fines placed upon them this year.
The Democrats boycotted the House for five weeks last year and eight days this year, all to block the right-to-work bill from being passed.
Attorney General Greg Zoeller said the state will ask the judge to review the ruling.

Hey just look up the history on the statue outside the Statehouse and you will find it honors the republicans that sat out 2 years to keep a vote back when Lincoln was President.
